Overview
Redkit is a live SaaS MVP built to streamline how creators and talents work together on YouTube videos. It provides a single workspace where production, collaboration, and delivery come together in a structured workflow.
By connecting teams, assets, and tasks in one place, Redkit turns scattered processes into a clear path from
idea to published content.
My Role
I was responsible for shaping the full product experience of Redkit from end to end. Starting with problem discovery and product strategy, I defined how the system should work, structured its information architecture, and designed the core flows that connected creators and talents within a single workflow. I built a reusable design system and prepared the product for implementation through clear and structured developer handoff.
Throughout the process, I worked closely with Senior Product Designer Elçin Seçkin to review and refine the direction of the product. In a fast-moving startup environment, we aligned on key decisions while I led the day-to-day design execution, ensuring the work remained consistent with product goals and development priorities.

Problem Definition
For Creators
Creators do not produce single videos.Each video is a production pipeline.Writers, voice actors, editors, designers, and SEO specialists work in a sequential system.Yet today, creators are forced to manage this pipeline using patched general-purpose tools.
Production does not operate as a pipeline, but as disconnected tasks
Revision loops become uncontrolled
It is unclear who is responsible for what stage
Production cannot be measured or optimized
Creators become manual production managers instead of content creators
For Talents
For talents, work is not organized as a production pipeline either. Each channel becomes a separate operational chaos.
They cannot see all work as a unified pipeline
They struggle to manage revisions and deliveries
Files and briefs are scattered per project

Value Proposition
Redkit eliminates the organizational, communication, and payment chaos creators face when working with multiple talents. By centralizing the entire production pipeline on a single board, it makes content production faster, more controlled, and scalable.
Design System & Handoff
While designing Redkit, I built a component-based design system.
All screens were created using reusable and scalable components,
making it easier to maintain consistency and scale the product with new features.
To support a smooth development process, I defined core flows using detailed flow diagrams. Critical system decisions and behaviors were visualized to ensure the development team clearly understood the product logic.
I documented edge case scenarios directly on the screens using annotations. This approach accelerated collaboration and communication within the team, helped ensure a shared understanding of system behavior, and enabled faster, more accurate production delivery.
